" This well maintained 3 bedroom semi detached property is in a sort after area of Meltham with reputable local schools and amenities within walking distance. Situated on a level corner plot with off road parking for at least 2 cars, this property provides great family living accommodation both inside and out. The property has good quality carpets, flooring, curtains and blinds throughout and decorated to a good standard.

The property has a brand new combi boiler with gas central heating and double glazing throughout and comprises of a large entrance hall with stairs leading to the first floor and all the ground floor rooms.
