" PROPERTY DESCRIPTION The property is accessed from the front and opens in to an entrance vestibule leading to the living room. The living room is a good size with a large window allowing light to flood the room. There is a decorative fireplace which acts as a great focal point to the room.

From the living room the doorway leads to the kitchen/diner and the stairs to the first floor.

The kitchen is located to the rear of the property. The kitchen is a good size and is fitted with modern appliances including oven, hob and extract and offering ample space for a dining table. A door leading to the cellar is located to the rear of the kitchen.
