A modern gas fired central heating system has been fitted within the last few years and the windows replaced with sealed double glazed units to uPVC frames. In addition the electrical circuits have been rewired. All that remains, if required as the existing fittings are quite servicable, is attention to the kitchen and bathroom suite. This has been reflected in the asking price and allows any prospective purchaser to choose their own units and suite which is seen as a positive attribute.
