" PROPERTY DESCRIPTION Martin & Co Huddersfield are now able to offer to the open market this 2 bedroomed semi-detached bungalow located in a quiet area of Crosland Moor. The property would benefit from modernisation but over all it is in good condition.

Set at the very end of Longden Avenue this property benefits from a very large plot which would comfortable take additional development such as an addition of a garage or extension to the existing house, all of which would be subject to planning.

The house is entered from the front into a hall way leading to the living room, bedroom 2 and the kitchen.

The living room is a very generous size stretching the full depth of the property. Located to the rear of the room is currently a dining area but could be an extension of the living area. There is a large window to the front elevation allowing for plenty of natural light and a gas fire is fitted to provide a focal point to the room.
