" The property was constructed by Bovis Homes, has the remainder of the NHBC warranty, and is conveniently located for Lindley's wealth of amenities, as well as for Junctions 23 and 24 of the M62 motorway. The flexible accommodation is arranged over three floors, and is served by a gas-fired central heating system, PVCu double glazing and a security alarm. The property's ground floor briefly comprises an entrance hall, a downstairs WC, a stylish fitted dining kitchen and a dining room/bedroom four; to the first floor is the living room and bedroom three; and to the second floor there are two double bedrooms, an ensuite shower room and the house bathroom.
