" PROPERTY DESCRIPTION The team at Martin & Co Huddersfield deliver another great rental property to the market with this deceptively spacious two double bedroom terrace just off Bradford Road.

Located on a quiet road of similar properties, the house is within walking distance of the town centre and has great links to the motorway. Local amenities include a supermarket, shops, schools, pubs and restaurants etc.

Externally the property has both front and rear gardens; the front being low maintenance and gravelled with planting and the rear has been developed to have both parking bays and a patio area for sitting out.
From the front door there is a small entrance porch which leads through to the living room. The living room is a good sized room with neutral decoration and new carpets with an outlook to the front of the house - the room is flooded with light thanks to the large window, a really nice room for relaxing or entertaining.
The kitchen is to the rear of the house beyond the living room and is another light room with new decoration and wood effect flooring. There is a range of fitted units with integrated appliances. The kitchen also provides access out to the rear of the property.
