The property is located in a quiet road within walking distance of a main bus route and a short drive to A331.

It is neutrally decorated with upvc windows and a modern boiler.

Entry is via a path at the front of the property which leads to an attached storage area containing the boiler and an under-counter, 3 drawer freezer.

Access to the maisonette is via a 5 point locking upvc door which opens into a small hall leading into the main reception room. This has a large upvc lockable window allowing a large amount of natural light into the property
