" An attractive and well presented five bedroom family house with rendered elevations relieved by double glazed windows under a tiled roof. The house has been modified in the past to provide well proportioned ground floor accommodation, however, there is potential to further improve the property under the current planning permission, ref: WA/2009/1005. The sitting room is double aspect with double doors opening into the garden, there is a fireplace with stone surround and granite hearth. Off the hallway is a good size dining room with bay window. The kitchen is fitted with a modern range of units and double doors leading into the garden. Off the kitchen there is a utility room, with the final downstairs room being the WC. Upstairs there are five bedrooms with the master bedroom benefitting from an en-suite shower room, and there is a separate modern family shower room.

Situation
The property is situated in a sought after residential road and is a level walk to the mainline station which provides a regular train service to Waterloo within the hour. The town centre is easily accessible and offers a comprehensive range of shops, pubs and restaurants including cultural and leisure facilities. There is also easy access to a good range of highly regarded schools on the south side of Farnham including South Farnham School and St Polycarps, with Weydon Secondary school within 1.7 miles. There is easy access onto the A31 giving good road links to the A3, M25 and national motorway network. On the outskirts of Farnham there are many miles of open countryside ideal for walking and riding, much of which is under the ownership of The National Trust including Bourne Woods, Alice Holt Forest and Frensham Common.
