" Llantilio sits at the end of a pretty unmade lane and occupies the most wonderful secluded setting with views to the rear over adjoining meadows. The plot is approaching some 0.45 of an acre with mature trees to all boundaries providing plenty of seclusion. Internally the accommodation is extremely well presented and has the ability to provide a flexible and adaptable arrangement for those looking for sleeping accommodation over two floors. The hallway gives access to the majority of the downstairs accommodation and comes with attractive oak flooring and a useful understairs storage recess. The sitting room has a large box bay window with Georgian style double glazed units which are continued through much of the property. The recently installed log burning stove makes a lovely addition to the already attractive fireplace and gives the perfect welcome home from long winter walks.
