" An attractive half tile hung property set in secluded grounds of 0.6 of an acre with planning permission for a two storey extension increasing the accommodation to some 1937 sq ft. In addition there is also permitted land development for a further 312 sq ft approximately to the rear.

DETAILS Inwood is a charming detached 1920s built half tile hung property pleasantly set in secluded gardens. Subject to the usual planning consents Inwood offers tremendous scope for extension. At present the accommodation is arranged over two floors with a 20' sitting room and dining room on the ground floor. The kitchen has been refitted and has a range of Maple units with granite work surfaces with inset Butler sink, Beumatic oven, integrated under counter fridge, space and plumbing for a dishwasher and there is a deep understairs storage cupboard, this in turn leads to an outer lobby which has a deep storage cupboard, again housing a Potterton central heating boiler and there is space and plumbing for a washing machine. Upstairs there are two double bedrooms and a bathroom which has been upgraded to include a white suite luxuriosly clad in beautiful white Italian marble to dado height. In keeping with the period, the property has a number of other notable features to include attractive leaded light oak framed windows, exposed oak joinery and doors internally and there is an attractive wood burning fire with panoramic glass doors in the sitting room with a striking granite surround.
