" Each and every element of this stunning home has been painstakingly designed in order to achieve a carefully considered layout throughout. With all the modern gadgetry you could possibly wish for, this home is ideally suited to families who have a penchant for entertaining and a panache for quality multimedia enjoyment that is second to none. Having recently been completed by the owners, with the intention of being their 'forever home', this property offers a wealth of bespoke features. Internally the brief was to create a family home with a layout condusive to modern day living whilst embracing the seclusion of its woodland backdrop. A wide and inviting entrance hall leads into an open plan living space, divided visually by discreet changes in levels to the suspended ceiling. Bi-fold doors together with Velfac floor to ceiling windows allow natural light to flood the home and create a bright and airy feel.

The bespoke kitchen fitted by Martin Moore of Esher features a range of eye and base level units, composite work surfaces with integrated Siemens appliances including convection oven, steam oven, warming drawer, five ring induction hob, pop up extractor fan and dishwasher. In addition there is a Quooker hot water tap and a Norcool corner (commercial) fridge. A side entrance hall to the rear of the kitchen leads on to a separate utility room with space and plumbing for a washing machine and tumble dryer, as well as the oil fired central heating system which incorporates zoned underfloor heating fitted throughout the ground floor. As part of the design, the owners incorporated a home automation system by Crestron. This fully integrated system for lighting and audio is controlled by either wall panels, central touch screen or iPad/iPhone for music as well as being fully wired with Cat 5. To the front of the house is the sitting room with an integrated surround sound system and an open log burning fireplace. The ground floor layout is completed by a cloakroom to the hallway and a small study off the kitchen with wall mounted video entry phone system.

A floating cantilevered staircase leads to the first floor with five generously proportioned bedrooms. The master bedroom encompasses everything you would want in a luxury home with triple aspect panoramic windows together with vaulted ceilings providing a wonderful feeling of space. Fitted wardrobes divide the room to create a clever 'his and hers' walk through dressing area with access directly to the en-suite shower room. There are a further 4 double bedrooms, 3 of which have built in wardrobes with 1 also benefiting from an en suite shower room. Finally the family bathroom has been fitted with a contemporary suite and finished in neutral tones. "
