" This 5 bedroom home is a fine example of Victorian architecture, which retains many features such as large sash windows, original front door and decorative fireplaces. The sitting room has a wonderful large sash bay window allowing light to pour in, decorative fireplace, original coving & ceiling rose. Original double doors lead through to the dining room, large rear aspect sash window, decorative fireplace, coving and ceiling rose. To the rear of the entrance hall is a shower room and a part glazed door giving access to the rear garden.

From the entrance hall take the stairs down to a large internal hallway with storage area for coats and shoes as well as a large storage cupboard. To the right is a large breakfast room with a large sash bay window allowing plenty of light into the room, window seating with storage below and decorative fireplace opening to kitchen which offers a range of base level wooden units, work surface, stainless steel sink unit, built in oven & 5 ring gas hob, space and plumbing for washing machine, space for fridge/freezer, breakfast bar, rear aspect sash window.
