" This property is a 'hidden gem', set well back from the road and screened by mature trees, laurel hedges and rhododendron bushes. The house is perfect for a family; offering generous accommodation, light, spacious rooms and a large mature garden.

The front door opens into a spacious entrance hall, with an oak floor, cloakroom and a coat cupboard. The oak floor runs into the adjoining Family Room, which has a picture window to the front aspect and a door to the kitchen/breakfast room. The Sitting Room, which has an open fireplace, a bay window to the front aspect and double doors leading to the rear garden. A further pair of glass doors lead into the adjoining Garden Room, which is light, airy and enjoys a triple aspect. The Kitchen is fitted with a range of cream Shaker style units, with woodblock tops and an extensive range of 'soft-close' cupboards and drawers. There is a Butler's sink, a built in dishwasher and freezer, space for a large freestanding fridge freezer and a Rangemaster electric oven and gas hob. The Breakfast Room has double doors opening to the garden and leads back through to the entrance hall. The Utility Room has a sink and worktop, space and plumbing for washer and dryer and plenty of room for coats and boots.

On the first floor there is a large central landing and a double bedroom in each of the four corners of the house. So, hopefully no squabbling over bedrooms! These bedroom are served by two modern bathrooms; both offering a bath, basin and toilet; whilst the family bathroom is more luxurious, with a claw foot bath, separate shower cubicle and views down the garden. From the landing, the staircase continues to the second floor and a Master Bedroom Suite. The stylish bedroom offers decent head height and a fabulous outlook over the garden through a floor to ceiling picture window; made up of four Velux roof lights. Opposite, there is a bathroom with another claw foot bath, a walk in shower, toilet and basin; as well as a dressing room with room for hanging rails and a dressing table and a separate large hanging cupboard.
