" Live 'The Good Life' - this garden is perfect for those who like to 'grow their own', and the house is both comfortable and spacious, within a delightful semi-rural location on the edge of Ewhurst.

DETAILS Robinhurst is a modern, spacious bungalow that has been refurbished by the current owners and is well presented throughout. It sits in a plot measuring in excess of a third of an acre and has beautiful landscaped gardens, that are stocked with a variety of mature planting and back onto woodland. The front door is double glazed, as are all the windows, and opens into an entrance porch, where an internal door leads to the entrance hall. An oak floor runs throughout the hallway and into the adjoining study and sitting room. The study overlooks the front garden and is equipped with phone, broadband and power points. The sitting/dining room is a large and well-proportioned room with a triple aspect. At one end there is room for a dining table, chairs and two dressers; at the other end is a centrally positioned gas feature fireplace with brushed steel, treated limestone and granite surround, a large picture window and sliding doors leading to the garden. The kitchen is next door and was refitted in 2007, with a range of modern Shaker style units and a tiled floor with underfloor heating. It offers a wide range of cupboards and work space, with some partially glazed doors and soft close drawers. There is an integral, eye-level double combi oven and a ceramic hob, an unusual two-drawer dishwasher, space for an American fridge/freezer, condensing dryer and washing machine. The gas-fired boiler was replaced in 2006 and is situated in a cupboard next to the back door. The master bedroom is at the end of the hall and has built-in wardrobes and enjoys a wonderful outlook over the garden. The en-suite is fully tiled, with a modern white basin and low level WC, and the walk-in shower is stylishly screened by a wall of glass bricks. Bedroom 2 is a double, which overlooks the front garden and adjoins the family bathroom. Bedrooms 3 and 4 are good sized singles, one of which is currently used as an additional study. The family bathroom is fully tiled and fitted with a coloured suite of bath with shower attachment, basin and toilet, with two large mirrors on the facing walls. "
