" Lefroy Park is an executive style development in the heart of Fleet`s Blue Triangle. The imposing buildings are home to a small number of individually styled apartments.

The communal entrance hall is very smart and this apartment can be found on the 2nd (top) floor. On entering the apartment there is a video entry system for added security and a central hallway with double doors opening into a spacious living/dining room. This room is dual aspect with ample space for sofas and dining furniture. The large kitchen is every light and airy and is fitted with a smart range of units and a full range of appliances including fan oven, gas hob, integrated tall fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washer dryer and there is space for a small table and chairs.

The master bedroom is a good size and there are two double fitted wardrobes, and a larger than average ensuite bathroom with bath, separate shower enclosure, thermostatic shower, WC and handbasin. The second double bedroom is also spacious with triple fitted wardrobes - this room would be ideal if space is needed to work from home.
