" A well appointed detached family house, one of two built in 1993, presented with brick elevations relieved by tile hung dormers under a tiled roof. The property has been the subject of extensive improvements by the present owners including refitted utility room, refitted kitchen with "Corian" style work surfaces, extensive matching drawers and cupboards and built in appliances including an integrated dishwasher and range cooker, the addition of study/games room and provision of UPVC double glazed windows. An internal inspection is strongly recommended of the excellent family accommodation.

Situation
Occupying a pleasant elevated cul-de-sac position near the centre of the village of Liss Forest which includes post office/store and public house. There is direct access from Pine Walk to the recreation ground. Liss village is about 1.2 miles distance offering a range of shops and station on the Waterloo/Portsmouth mainline. More comprehensive facilities are available in Petersfield and Liphook, both about 6 miles distance. There is an excellent choice of both state and private schools in the vicinity.
