DESCRIPTION:

This recently redecorated spacious first floor flat forms part of a well maintained modern purpose built block built in the 1970?s. Compared to some modern flats the property is very spacious with a double aspect living/dining room, good sized kitchen and very good storage measuring 8.30 metres in length. Both bedrooms have built in wardrobes and the flat offers good storage throughout.
