" A rare opportunity to purchase this impressive 1930's built family home which has been owned by the same family for 35 years. The accommodation comprises covered entrance porch with quarry tiled flooring, courtesy light and part leaded light front door to the entrance hall which has a staircase to the first floor landing with two cupboards beneath. The sitting room has a double glazed semi-circular bay window, picture rails and a remote controlled coal effect gas fire set in a limestone and wooden surround. The dining room has double glazed windows and casement doors to the rear garden and an open hearth fireplace (currently sealed) with Italian marble plinth. The kitchen/breakfast room has a double bowl enamel sink unit and a range of fitted units comprising cupboards, drawers, wall cupboards and working surfaces and there is plumbing for an automatic washing machine and dishwasher, double glazed windows to two aspects and a part glazed door to the rear garden.
