An impressive detached 5 bedroomed family home with outstanding views of Petersfield Lake, open countryside, South Downs & Butser, set in gardens of just over half an acre.   The property is believed to have been originally built in the 1920’s in brick and mainly tiled roof construction.  The property is exceptionally well presented and has been substantially extended twice by the current owners (2002 & 2012) and finished to a high specification.   The property enjoys a light, airy and spacious feel and has oak flooring,  double glazing and mains gas central heating throughout.  Overall, the accommodation is very versatile and an internal inspection is highly recommended.
