" Stepstones, originally constructed in 1960, has recently undergone a complete transformation with a strong emphasis on space, natural light and modern open plan living throughout, not to mention the high specification finish. Entering the house at the front on the ground floor you are welcomed by a very generously sized entrance hallway with doors on either side to two double bedrooms, both with en-suites and good storage. The first floor is dominated by wonderful open plan living space, the vaulted ceiling immediately gives a feeling of space and natural light floods the room from three sides. There are modern bi-folding doors separating the outside terrace from the main living space, with both areas seamlessly adjoined and a well appointed Wren kitchen with granite work surfaces, island unit and a range of Neff appliances.
