" A well designed detached bungalow in a sought after cul-de-sac, within easy access of the local shops in Weyhill and the main line station. The accommodation comprises a light and spacious open plan sitting/dining roomwith French doors leading to the rear garden. The kitchen has a range of built in work surfaces with base units below and space for appliances as well as a useful utility room. From the hall there is access to the bedroom accomodation and bathroom.

Situation
The property is located in a sought after cul-de-sac, set in a quiet location, yet within convenient access for Weyhill shops and station. Haslemere is surrounded by many miles of countryside, much of which is owned by the National Trust providing opportunities for lovely walks and rides. The town has a good range of shopping and sporting facilities, a choice of schools in both the state and private sectors, as well as churches of most denominations. The main line station serving London Waterloo in just under the hour is approximately one mile away and the A3 London to Portsmouth trunk road, which links with the M25 at Wisley, is at Hindhead.
