" Woodland View is a charming Edwardian family house full of character, and offering bright accommodation with a lovely rural outlook. The present owners have lived there for 45 years and the property now offers potential purchasers a fabulous opportunity to extend (subject to planning permission) and modernise to suit their own requirements. The accommodation comprises sitting room with gas fire, dining room with attractive bay window, kitchen, garden room and downstairs shower room and upstairs three bedrooms and a family bathroom. Situation
The property is very conveniently located for schools, shops, the station and A3. Haslemere is an attractive town with a good range of independent shops and boutiques, restaurants and coffee houses. There are good road links to London and the south coast and the mainline station offers a fast train service to London Waterloo in under an hour. There are excellent local schools for all ages and leisure facilities including Aqua Roma at the Georgian, Amarna at Lythe Hill and The Herons Leisure Centre. The area surrounding the town has some stunning countryside, much of which is in the ownership of the National Trust and offers excellent walking and riding opportunities.
