" An extremely attractive brand new detached family home, built to a very high specification. A great deal of care and consideration was given at the planning stages of this build and the results are stunning. The property is approached from Woodlands Lane via a long resin gravel driveway which leads to a large single garage. Steps from the driveway lead down to a paved area with under stairs store and planted beds. The front door opens into a central hallway with doors to all rooms and a downstairs WC. The ground floor accommodation comprises a sitting room with a central fireplace and inset wood burning stove, in addition to which there is a separate study. The real heart of this home is the fabulous kitchen/family room, spanning the full width of the property.
