" This is a genuinely spacious apartment and realistically priced so you will have to act quickly to avoid disappointment. The development is situated at the end of Poplar Grove, a very pleasant residential road of mainly detached houses and backs onto Woking Leisure Centre. It is perfect for commuters being within less than a mile's walk of Woking mainline station. There is a security entryphone system and staircase leading to the second floor. Once in the flat, clearly the main feature is the size of the principal rooms and the brightness of accommodation. The lounge/dining room is a particularly good example with large double glazed picture windows and its own private balcony. Off this room is the kitchen, well fitted with a range of units and roll top worksurfaces with spaces for all the usual appliances. Both bedrooms are fantastic double sizes. There is a bathroom with electric shower over the bath and a separate WC. It may of course, be possible to open these 2 rooms up into one, if so desired. The apartment is heated by modern Dimplex electric storage heaters and is double glazed throughout. Outside, there are communal grounds where one can sit out. This particular apartment comes with a garage in a block. "
