" Situated in a highly convenient location within easy reach of the town, the mainline station and indeed the university, this is a three bedroom semi detached home that has been in the same family since new and has been extended at the back to provide the house with larger than average living accommodation. On the ground floor a reception hall leads to the main living spaces where on the front there is an attractive sitting room which could equally well be used as the dining room, or indeed a 4th bedroom if preferred, as the living room on the rear has been extended and has doors that lead out onto the terrace and rear garden, all in all making this a very practical and workable sitting room if preferred. On the back of the house there is also a kitchen which leads into a large utility space on the left of the house which has access to both the front and the back. On the first floor there are three bedrooms, all with built in storage, and the family bathroom all of which are light and airy. At the front of the house there is ample off street parking for three cars while at the back there is a well proportioned rear garden that offers an incoming buyer a good deal of potential to create a garden according to their own needs. Without question part of the pleasure of the house is the convenience of the location which is excellent for commuting with Guildford's mainline station being only a short distance from the house as is the town's beautiful and historic cobbled High Street and everything that goes with it.
