" Built approximately 6 years ago by St Edmunds Developments, 102 High View Road is a beautifully presented, light and airy detached home of flexible accommodation that is neutrally presented with clean lines and a great deal of attention to detail. The space and light is evident immediately as you enter the house to a delightfully proportioned reception hall which leads through into a splendid sitting room, which is enormously light and airy and has superb views over the adjacent countryside, double opening doors which very much bring the outside in during the summer months and in all creates a wonderful principal reception room. Also on this floor is a study/3rd bedroom and an immaculately fitted bathroom and from the hall, stairs lead down to the ground floor into a substantial kitchen/breakfast room which is not only beautifully fitted out, as one would expect from a property of this style but also has ample space for a large table and chairs and doors that lead out onto a decking area overlooking the rear garden. All of this goes to create a terrific, informal living/eating space which very much opens up onto the garden for when the weather allows.
