" Located next to the shops in Onslow Village, Wilderness court is a sought after develpment of apartments with views towards Guildford, well maintained communal grounds and visitors parking. Built in the early 1960s the owners jointly purchased the freehold in 1984 and extended the leases to 999 years. Each flat has a share of the freehold. Number 4 replaced the original windows with UPVC double glazing in 2000 and although there has been ongoing maintenance the property would now benefit from some updating.
