" This modern 4 double bedroom house is located in the Southwood development in Farnborough. Leading in from the hallway is a large living room which opens out to a dining room with patio doors out to the rear garden.

The kitchen, accessed from the dining area, is well fitted with a full range of appliances including electric fan oven, gas hob, fridge, freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. There is a door to access the garden.

Also leading off the dining area is a separate and spacious family room, with patio doors to the garden and door into the garage. In the hallway there is a downstairs cloakroom with WC and handbasin.

On the first floor there are four double bedrooms. The master bedroom has a number of fitted wardrobes and cupboards offering ample storage. Off the master bedroom is an ensuite shower room with shower enclosure, electric shower, WC and handbasin. There are three further bedrooms, one being particularly spacious. All of the bedrooms can easily accommodate a double bed.

Being a corner plot the rear garden is a good size with a lawn, shrub borders and a large patio area. There is a small open plan area at the front of the property with parking for three vehicles, and there is a garage too.
