" Situated at the end of Cavendish Road, this property is an attractive, well presented mid terrace property, making it a fantastic opportunity for either first time or investment buyers. This property has been well maintained by the current owner and benefits from a modern fitted kitchen, two good sized reception rooms, two fantastic sized bedrooms, first floor bathroom and a low maintenance rear garden. Additional benefits include double glazing and neutral dΓ©cor throughout.

On entering the property via its UPVC double glazed front door you are greeted with an entrance hall which provides stairway access to the first floor, a doorway into the lounge as well as the dining room which leads to the kitchen at the rear of the property.
