" A well-proportioned detached three bedroom single storey family house which is extremely well presented providing adaptable and flexible accommodation. The house was used as the original show home for the development and as such sits in an enviable plot in arguably the best position. There is a large spacious reception hall leading to a lovely sitting room with dual aspect and sliding doors out to the wide south facing terrace. In addition to this there is a dining room, kitchen / breakfast room and utility room and three bedrooms, one with a private bathroom and a separate family bathroom. Lastly there is an attached double garage with twin up and over doors, properly boarded and equipped inside with overhead lighting. The property offers excellent further scope for enlargement with the necessary planning consents.

Situation
This attractive family house is situated close to the centre of Rowledge and is a level walk to the village shops.
