" Chestnut House was built to an exacting specification by Antler Homes in 2007 in this very central location in the heart of the town. The flat is beautifully presented throughout, is very secure with a video entry and alarm system and decorated in neutral colours that make the most of the light and space in what is a very comfortably proportioned apartment. From the start and throughout, the flat has a very pleasing feel to it and has been superbly maintained by our clients which means this is a very easy flat for a buyer to move into. The sitting room is a particularly attractive room with a bay window at one end where doors lead out onto a private sun terrace that overlooks the neatly maintained communal south facing gardens all of which makes this a very light and attractive main living space. Off the sitting room the kitchen has a comprehensive range of high spec units along with a built in stainless steel oven and hob as well as a fitted dishwasher, washer/dryer and fridge/freezer.
