" Forming an integral part of a row of four individually styled former quarry workers cottages known as Albert Cottages denoted by their attractive arched small pane windows, this inner terrace two storey two double bedroom village retreat is recommended for inspection by those looking for a main home, second home or a holiday cottage for investment purposes.

The property has a spacious living room with a woodburning stove in the original fireplace, steps then descend into a spacious kitchen. At first floor level there is a spacious master bedroom, central bathroom and the contour of the property then follows the ground floor with steps down from the landing into the second double bedroom which also enjoys superb views over undulating countryside towards the Brailles Hills.

More contemporary refinements include the addition of gas fired central heating and externally the property has an enclosed rear garden which has a right of way at the end of the garden and not immediately adjacent to the property. The cottage is therefore suitable for those looking to develop a property to their own requirements and particularly should anyone want to extend the kitchen at ground floor level as has already been done to the property next door.

Positioned opposite the entrance to St George's Hall which can provide occasional extra parking and located only a few hundred yards from the centre of the village where there is a community run recently built village shop and tearooms, there are two public houses and a local hotel. Blockley is positioned midway between the Cotswold cafe society of Chipping Campden and the more traditional market town of Moreton in Marsh where there are rail links to Oxford and London Paddington.
