" Situated on London Road, in popular Charlton Kings and in Balcarras catchment, is this three bedroom semi detached property with garden and garage en bloc with power and light. The front of the property is enclosed by a wall and low level hedging with a path leading to the front door. The front door leads into the lobby with a further door leading into the hall which has a cloakroom comprising W.C. and basin, doors to sitting room and kitchen, stairs to first floor and understairs cupboard. The sitting room has a bay window to the front. The kitchen has a range of eye and base level units with roll top work surfaces over, cupboard housing the boiler, stainless steel one and a half bowl sink unit, built in fridge freezer, built in gas hob with electric oven under, tiled splashbacks, tiled floor, washing machine and tumble drier, window to the rear and archway leading through to the dining room. The dining room has tiled flooring and double doors leading out to the garden. Upstairs, the landing has loft access and airing cupboard. Bedroom one has a window to the front, bedroom two has a built in double wardrobe and window to the rear, and bedroom three has a built in cupboard over the stairs and window to the front. The family bathroom has a white suite comprising bath with electric shower over, W.C., basin, floor to ceiling tiling, tiled floor, towel rail, and window to the rear.
