The kitchen is fitted with a range of matching storage units with roll top work surfaces over and inset double bowl sink and drainer unit. There is a built-in double oven and four ring electric hob with extractor fan over and space and plumbing for domestic appliances. On the first floor are two double bedrooms, further single bedroom with over stairs cupboard and a bathroom fitted with a modern white three piece suite. To the rear is an attractive garden, laid to lawn with gravelled area and planted borders. Outside, the front is tarmac and provides off road parking for two/three cars and leads to a single garage which has an electric roller door.
