" This lovely and spacious apartment is located on the third floor of a popular apartment block in the centre of Cheltenham. Upon entering Century Court through a gated entrance via Montpellier Grove, there is a communal area with access to undercroft parking and landscaped gardens. The apartment is situated on the east side of Century Court. There is a lift from the communal hallway to the property on the third floor. Off the hallway, at the front of the apartment, there is a large sittingdining room with floor to ceiling windows leading out onto a spacious balcony with views of Cheltenham College. There is a separate, fully fitted kitchen with integrated appliances including a dishwasher, fridgefreezer, oven and gas hob. In the hallway there is a storage cupboard with a washing machine and tumble dryer, all of the appliances will remain in the property. There are two additional storage cupboards. There are two large double bedrooms at the front of the property, both with en-suite bathrooms with walk-in showers and one with fitted wardrobes. These lovely bedrooms also feature floor to ceiling windows and access to a balcony that also enjoys views towards Cheltenham College. At the rear of the apartment there is a third bedroom with a small, fitted wardrobe. There is also a well-equipped family bathroom.

Situation
Situated in the centre of Montpellier, there are a number of independent shops, cafes and restaurants including those on nearby Suffolk Road and Bath Road. Cheltenham is renowned for its fine architecture, national hunt racing, quality shopping and excellent schools. There are good sporting and leisure facilities in the area including several gyms and leisure centres, swimming pools plus tennis, squash, hockey and golf clubs. Access to the motorway network is via Junctions 10 & 11 on the M5. There are train services to London and other major cities from Cheltenham Spa.
