" This light and spacious apartment is situated on the first floor with lift access on the right hand side of one of the unique detached buildings (round houses) within the well managed and secure environment of Century Court. The development offers convenience and security together with contemporary living and includes a residents only gym, communal gardens and weekday property manager.

This particular apartment has the advantage of being away from roads and has two spacious balconies, one facing South. The well proportioned accommodation makes the most of light and space with large floor to ceiling double glazed windows and doors opening to the two balconies large enough for a table and chairs accessed from the sitting room and from both bedrooms to the rear.

The entrance hall is spacious with cupboards and attractive wood flooring, wide double doors open to the living room which has a sizeable sitting and dining area which offers space for a full size dining table, there is also a useful storage room and access to the balcony.

The kitchen is well fitted with integral appliances and plenty of storage. Both bedrooms are doubles with balcony access, the master bedroom has an generous en-suite bathroom and there is a walk in dressing room in bedroom two which houses the recently installed gas heating boiler which is gas to radiator with a pressurised system.
