" A magnificent Grade II* listed townhouse in a classic Regency terrace by the Jearrads of c.1835-8 of 23 houses being ashlar faced, some with pediments and tall fluted Doric pedimented porches. The property is situated in the heart of the Lansdown Conservation Area overlooking Lansdown Green and within easy reach of Cheltenham Ladies' College, Cheltenham College and Dean Close schools.
