" Finished to a high standard, this well presented three-bedroom semi-detached house offers a modern kitchen and re-fitted bathroom together with gas central heating radiators, UPVC double glazing. On the ground floor there are three comfortable reception rooms, one of which could easily be another bedroom or a study. Outside there is parking for three vehicles with the driveway leading to a single garage. The delightful gardens at the rear give way to some very attractive elevated views and are partly terraced with a charming stream running by way down at the bottom of this valley garden. An early viewing is recommended.

Situation Park View Drive is a well-respected cul-de-sac on the edge of Cashes Green, with number 16 being located near the end of the road. The homes in general are made up of predominantly semi-detached houses and bungalows and many appreciate the lack of through road and passing traffic. Cashes Green is adjacent to Cainscross and is within easy proximity of the local Co-op Supermarket, Post Office and a number of other local shops. Take the second turning right intoCotswold Road and then first left into park View Drive where the house will eventually be found, again on your left.
