" SITUATION The property is located approximately one and a quarter miles from the town centre, where there are a wide variety of shops and amenities, including a cinema theatre, sports facilities and excellent restaurants. The railway station provides quick access to Exeter.

The seafront is approximately one and a half miles from the property.
