Overview
Constantine House is part of the Isca Place development which can be found just off Queen Street and a short level walk into the heart of Exeter City Centre with an eclectic mix of retail, restaurants and bars plus the award winning Princesshay experience. This well appointed two bedroom apartment is unusual in many ways – not least the master bedroom having an ensuite shower room. It is one of the larger apartments within the development and its corner position provides separate views to side and rear from the spacious lounge. It is also one of a few apartments that do not have walls adjoining another apartment. This apartment is currently let out and achieves a gross income of £9540 per annum – notice of a reasonable rent increase has recently been served. The apartment is in very good condition with new carpets fitted in 2012. Apartments in this central development are extremely popular and provide a sound investment with short void periods. However it would be equally viable as a City Centre pad for professionals, with the benefit of an allocated parking space in the secure underground car park, and close to rail links. There is no onward chain and an early viewing is recommended to appreciate fully this particular apartment.
