SITUATION The property is set in a slightly elevated position within a popular residential location of Okehampton and enjoys good views across the town, adjoining countryside and Dartmoor.
Okehampton lies on the northern edge of Dartmoor National Park. It is approximately 30 miles from both the north and south Devon coasts.
