" Roman Way is a popular residential location situated towards the outskirts of Honiton, yet still close to the town centre and its wide range of amenities.

The property is a modern two bedroom semi-detached house improved in recent years with upvc double glazed windows, gas fired central heating and a spacious ground floor extension providing extra living space.

The accommodation includes: entrance lobby, pleasant sitting room, good size kitchen/diner with modern fitted kitchen. There is also a spacious dining room with French doors opening onto the rear garden.

On the first floor there are two good size bedrooms and a family bathroom fitted with modern white suite including bath with shower over.

To the outside, at the front there is off road parking for two/three vehicles. The garden is mainly laid to lawn and is interspersed with shrubs and trees. The rear garden benefits from a good degree of privacy and is also mainly laid to lawn with a large decking area providing an excellent space for outside dining in the summer months.  

TOWN INFORMATION Honiton has a good range of shops including main high street retailers and independent businesses, banks, and supermarkets, together with leisure and health facilities. The town has a mainline station connecting London Waterloo to Exeter, various bus services and as the town is conveniently situated off the A30 there is swift access to Exeter, M5 (about 16 miles), coastal resorts and the airport.
