" Please quote reference 20359 when enquiring about this property The house stands in a mature and leafy area in this highly sought after and accessible woodland village within walking distance of all the local amenities including shops, Primary School, Village Hall and Church, together with the lovely walks which can be enjoyed around the village and across Woodbury Common. Arborfield is a particularly spacious and flexible five bedroom detached residence with three bathrooms (two ensuite), architect designed and built in a unique and spacious site of mature, cleverly planted gardens and wood. The ground floor has a hall and cloakroom leading through an internal door to a sitting room with log burner leading through to a large dining room and sun room with patio doors onto the patio itself. It also benefits from a Country style fitted kitchen/breakfast room in oak with an integrated fridge and a four oven Aga. Its attached utility space currently houses a refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. There are attractive pale blue pearl worktops and a wide range of cupboards including a carousel unit and two floor to ceiling pull out larders. Between the kitchen and the rear external 'stable' door, is a lobby and a further study or home office. Both kitchen and lobby are tiled with earthenware quarry tiles.
