" This is a modern end of terrace town house attractively kept by the present owners, with light and spacious comfortable accommodation.

On the ground floor is a hall, living room and fitted kitchen/breakfast room with lots of units. On the first floor are two double bedrooms and a shower room with a window to the side.

All the windows are uPVC double glazed units for easy maintenance and there is a gas fired central heating system.

To the rear are easy to manage, good sized level and enclosed gardens, again neatly kept with a useful shed and side path leading onto Yonder Street. A timber gate in the rear garden opens onto the parking space.

In all, a good modern house in an accessible location.

Ottery St Mary is one of the most pleasant and friendly small towns in East Devon with many amenities, shops, pubs, churches, good schools, post office, banks, medical centre, local hospital, recreational activities, sports centre and bus services.
