" Yonder Street is conveniently close to the heart of town and benefits from a level walk to all the excellent amenities which include a range of independent shops, supermarket, good schools and lovely open countryside.

The property itself enjoys well-proportioned accommodation briefly comprising: reception hall, sitting room with feature fireplace, creating a cosy atmosphere on a winters evening, and a kitchen/dining room which is fully equipped with a range of timber-fronted cupboards and drawers, both at base and eye-level, whilst integrating built-in electric oven, four-ring hob with extractor above. There is space for further modern appliances and room for dining table and chairs.

On the first floor are two good sized bedrooms and a family bathroom which is fitted with a modern white suite. The property benefits from PVC double glazing and gas central heating.
