" Situated within a short walk of the town centre, a detached three/four bedroom house with a double garage and a south facing rear garden.



Coveham is an attractive detached house which occupies a level position within a sought after residential road. Victoria Road is situated within a short stroll of Sidmouth town centre, where there are an excellent range of amenities and of course, the popular Regency esplanade and seafront. From the end of the road there are regular bus services to the surrounding area.
