Fairmead Lodge on Enfield-s The Ridgeway is ideally located within ½ mile of Enfield Chase Station and all the shops, bars and restaurants located in Enfield Town. It is also easily accessible to junction 24 of the M25 and the A10 so getting in and out of London could not be easier!

WHAT THE VENDORS LOVED ABOUT THEIR PROPERTY!

-Throughout my time at Fairmead Lodge, I have noticed it is a calm and well managed estate. The gardens are always well looked after and we have the benefit in the summer of opening the balcony doors on both sides of the apartment which is great for watching the sunrise and set over the communal grounds.

We found it a massive benefit being only 5 minutes from the train line into Moorgate, and a 5-minute car journey to the Piccadilly Line, with the added bonus of being less than 10 minutes to the M25. We kept our bikes in the shed in the gated grounds, which makes life simpler, knowing it is secure but also not having to bring inside after every use.

Really is a great flat for a small family or professionals with the best of both worlds on your door step!-
