A charming mid-terraced cottage located in the delightful semi-rural village of Winchburgh. This now sophisticated two bedroom property has been recently refurbished to a very high standard and is adorned by high ceilings throughout. These cottages were originally built in the early 1900s to serve the workers of the local Niddry Castle Oil Works, the cottages were then sold to the local authority in the mid-1960s when the works ceased production. Since then, the majority of cottages have been sold to private owners who’ve carried out various works over the years. This property is a fine example, having been extensively modernised and upgraded. The accommodation comprises of a good sized entrance hall with storage cupboard, a well-appointed lounge with dining area, modern fitted kitchen with back door leading into the private and enclosed rear garden, bathroom with matching three piece suite and two double bedrooms to the front elevation.  The property further benefits from having gas central heating and double glazing throughout, as well as cavity wall insulation.  All furniture and/or white goods can be included in the sale by negotiation.
