" Refurbished over recent years, this beautifully presented 2 bed upper quarter villa is in walk-in condition. Situated in a popular residential area close to the centre of Peebles and local amenities, this property offers well proportioned, neutrally decorated accommodation with it's own private garden. A side entrance leads to the entrance hall with a spacious storage cupboard on the ground floor and a bright staircase to the living accommodation on the upper level. The lounge is a spacious well proportioned room with a front aspect and feature fireplace with electric fire. Accessed from the Lounge, the kitchen overlooks the rear garden and is fitted with a good range of modern wall and base storage units, gas hob and electric oven and cooker hood and space for a washing machine and fridge freezer. Further accommodation includes the good sized master bedroom situated to the front and the second bedroom to the rear. The Bathroom is well finished with partial wet wall and a three piece white suite comprising W.C, pedestal wash hand basin and panel bath with shower mixer taps.
