We're renting our beautiful two bedroom flat in Lower Clapton, Hackney for 3 months minimum

(dates flexible). 

The flat is on the top floors of a Victorian conversion on a quiet residential street in Lower Clapton, just minutes walk from Chatsworth Road. 

There is a large, open plan living room and kitchen with small study desk in the corner.  This is in the centre of the flat and has a lovely feel as it is high up with great views and lots of light.  The kitchen has all the mod cons and there is a small utility closet with washing machine and storage too.

On the top floor, is the large double bedroom in the eaves(lots of cupboards to hang clothes) with beautiful views and en suite bathroom.

The second bedroom is on the first floor and has a double bed and overlooks the garden so is very peaceful.  There is an additional main bathroom just off the living room so no need to share a bathroom.   It also has a bath to relax in! 

The flat is an 8 minute walk from Hackney Central and 10 minutes to Homerton and Hackney Downs (overland to Liverpool Street). There are also lots of buses to the City and centre of town. 

The flat is perfect for friends or couples looking for a beautiful and comfortable flat in Hackney within a stones throw of lots of great restaurants, bars and amenities. 

Rent includes service charge and WiFi but council tax, water, gas and electricity not included. 

No agents involved so no agency fees. We want to find the right people for our home! 

Deposit one months rent to be held in Security deposit scheme.
